What is your return policy?

-There will be NO returns therefore ALL SALES ARE FINALE

What if my package is lost or damaged?

- Unfortunately Diam & Glam has no control after handing your shipment over to our carriers and is not responsible for any lost packages.

Cancellation Policy

- Once an order is placed your order has began processing and will not be able to be canceled. 


ALL SALES ARE FINALE ! Please make sure that you are truly interested in our product before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or returns.

Shipping policy 

After you receive an email that your order shipped, you must contact the shipping carrier if you have any questions about your order because we are no longer responsible for your package.

Diam & Glam is not responsible for any extra fees on international orders, damaged packages ,lost or stolen items. We are also not responsible for any incorrect addresses on any package. 

Unforeseen delays with the carrier can occur which, is out of our control. If you have any problems regarding your package, please contact the shipping carrier. 

Please make sure to purchase the correct size. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us at diamglam16@gmail.com. WE WILL NOT FULFILL ANY FRAUDULENT ORDERS.

Information such as card numbers or CVVs are considered 'secure information', meaning no one including Diam & Glam can see this information. Our team prides ourselves on keeping our customer's personal information  private, and for professional use only. Information such as mailing addresses, email addresses, names and phone numbers are all considered personally identifiable information and will not be shared with anyone. 

Refund Policy 

NO REFUNDS! ALL SALES ARE FINALE! NO CANCELLATIONS EXCHANGE ONLY ONCE A ORDER IS PLACED!


Refund is only granted to those who receive the wrong order! Meaning we sent you the wrong length, textures or styles. We inspect all of our products/orders before being shipped out! If you did not receive the correct order your refund will be granted within 7 Business days of delivery date you returned the product After 7 days no refund or exchange will be made!!


HAIR MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL STATE!

PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS TAKE 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO RETURN TO CUSTOMER ORIGINAL PAY CARD OR DEBIT CARD AFTER THE REFUND EMAIL HAD BEEN SENT. THIS GIVES US TIME TO LOOK OVER ITEM, RESTOCK & RELEASE YOUR FUNDS. IN SOME CASES BANKS WILL GRANT REFUNDS WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER BEING REFUNDED.

IF A REFUND IS BEING MADE BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THE HAIR IT WILL BE 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE REFUND EMAIL IS SENT.
